- rates exclude wellness treatments, bar accounts and laundry service
- single rates are available on request, only to book in a twinbedded room
- minimum stay of two nights and more is highly recommended
- compulsory two night stay from 20th Dec till 10th of Jan plus surcharge
- regretfully no personal cheques

Cancellation policy

- less than15 days prior to arrival 100% of the total booking amount
- 15 to 28 days prior to arrival 75% of the total booking amount
- plus 28 days prior to arrival 30% of the total booking amount(=deposit)
