Regulations:

- rates are per person sharing, including breakfast and 14% VAT
- rates exclude telephone calls, personal bar accounts and laundry service
- single rates are available on request
- minimum stay of two nights is highly recommended
- regretfully no personal cheques

- check-in time after 15.00 and check-out before 11.00

Cancellation policy

- less than 8 days prior to arrival 100% of the total booking amount
- 8 to 14 days prior to arrival 75% of the total booking amount
- 15 to 28 days prior to arrival 50% of the total booking amount
- plus 28 days prior to arrival 30% of the total booking amount(=deposit)
